Now on this day came the Plaintiff by his
attornies Bradford & McLin Esqr And the said defendant comes
by his George A. Dewson his attorney and says nothing but makes
default, whereupon said Plaintiff by his attorney suggest the
death of Charles C. Stewart, and moves for judgement for want
of a plea against Chas Pelot & N.A. Strobhar and that the
Clerk assess the damages and the Clerk having assessed
the damages by reason of the premises at the sum of
Ninety Seven Dollars & Thirty Cents Cents
Therefore it is considered by the court that the said Plaintiff
do recover of the said defendant the said sum of
Ninety Seven Dollars & Thirty seven Cents so
as aforesaid assessed together with interest hereon
until paid & the further sum of Dollars
and Cents for his cost in this behalf expen-
ded and the said defendant in mercy etc.

Now on this day the said plaintiff
by his attorney Geo W. Means, And the said defendant comes
by Edwards & Wheaton his attornies and says nothing but
makes default. Wherefore the said plaintiff moves for judg-
ment for want of a plea & that the Clerk assess the dama-
ges the Clerk having assessed the damages by reason of
the premises at the sum of One hundred Thirty Seven Dollars &
cents. Therefor it is considered by the Court
that the said Plaintiff, do recover of the said defendant
the said sum of one hundred and thirty seven Dollars & Thirty two
Cents so as aforesaid assessed together with
interest thereon until paid and the further sum of
dollars & cents for his cost
in this behalf expended. And the said defendant in mercy etc.

Alachua County } I hold no unsatisfied
claims or demands against James
M. Hawthorn in any shape. All Executions
and Judgments & other instances of debt having
long since been satisfied & fully paid
