        Upon motion of plaintiffs Counsel It is ordered
by the Court, that the nonsuit in this Cause be set
aside and that the cause be reinstated upon the
Docket It is further ordered that the plaintiff do
have leave to amend his pleading within Sixty days
provided he serve a copy of the same upon Mr. Brad
-ford also that the defendant do have leave to file
additional pleas at any time within the time of
pleading by the rules, and that the plaintiff do
pay all costs that have accrued in the cause &
that the plaintiff do file an amended Bill of
Particulars within the said Sixty days from the ad
journment of this Court, & Serve a copy upon Mr.
Bradford Defts atty and that said cause be contin
-ued until the next Term
