And on this day came the said Plaintiff by his Attorneys
Bradford & McLin Esqr And the said Defendant comes
not but makes default wherefore the said Plaintiff moves
for Judgment and the Clerk to assess the damages and the
Clerk having assessed the damages by reason of the
premises at dollars and
cents therefore it is considered by
the Court that the said Plaintiff do recover of the said
defendant the said Sum of
Dollars and cents so as aforesaid
assessed against Him with Interest thereon untill paid
together with the further Sum of
Dollars and Cents for his costs in this
behalf expended and the said Defendant in mercy &c
