And now on this day came the said Plaintiff by his Atty
Bradford & McLin Esqrs and the said Defendant comes not
but makes default and the said Plaintiff moves for Judg-
-ment for want of a Plea and that the Clerk assess the dam
-ages and that the Clerk having assessed the damages by
reason of the premises at the Sum of Seventy Eight ---------
Dollars and Seventy Eight cents
It is therefore considered by the Court that the said Plain
-tiff do recover of the said Defendant the said Sum of
Seventy Eight Dollars and
cents so as aforesaid assessed with Interest thereon
untill paid together with the further Sum of
Dollars and
cents for his costs in this behalf expended and the said
Defendant in mercy &c
