And now on this day came the
said Plaintiff by his Attys Bradford & McLin Esqrs and the
said Plaintiff comes not but makes default and the said
Plaintiff moves Judgment for want of a Plea and that the
Clerk assess the damages and that the Clerk having assessed
the damages by the reason of the premises at the Sum of
Dollars and
cents It is therefore considered by the Court that the
said Plaintiff do recover of the Defendant the said Sum of
Dollars and
cents so as aforesaid assessed with Interest thereon
untill paid together with the further sum of
Dollars and
cents for his costs in this behalf expended and the said
Defendant in mercy &c
