                       Now on this day came the plaintiff by his
attorney B.F. Young Esqr and the said defendant comes not
but makes default and the said Plaintiff moves for Jud
=gment for want of a plea & that the Clerk assess the dam
ages & the Clerk having assessed the damages by reason of
the Premises at One hundred & thirteen Dollars & fourteen
     Cents It is therefore considered by the Court that
the said Plaintiff do recover of the said defendant the
said sum of One hundred & thirteen dollars & fourteen
     Cents so as aforesaid assessed with interest thereon
untill paid together with the further sum of
Four --------  dollars for his Costs in this behalf expended
& the said defendant in mercy &c
