                       And now on this day came the said
Plaintiff by his attorney B.F. Young Esqr and the said defendant
comes not but makes default & the said Plaintiff moves for
Judgment for want of a plea & that the Court assess the
damages & the Clerk having assessed the damages by reason
of the premises at the Sum of                 Dollars &
           Cents It is therefore considered by the Court
that the said Plaintiff do recover of the said defendant
the said sum of                      Dollars &
           Cents so as aforesaid assessed with interest
thereon untill Paid together with the further sum of
           Dollars &                 Cents for his cost in
this behalf expended & the said defendant in mercy &c
