Plaintiff by his Atty William Edwards Esqr and the said
Defendant comes not but makes default and the said

Plaintiff moves for Judgment^by Default for want of a
Plea and the Clerk to assess the Damages and the Clerk
having assessed the Damages by reason of the premises
at Three hundred & forty Eight Dollars and Twenty nine
------- cents It is therefore considered by the Court
that the said Plaintiff do recover of the said Defendt the
said Sum of three & forty Eight Dollars and
Forty nine cents as aforesaid assessed with Interest
thereon untill paid together with the further Sum of
    Three   Dollars and Sixty            Cents
for his Costs in this behalf expended and the said Defen-
