And now on this day came the Parties by their Respective

Who being duly Elected tried and Sworn well and truly to
try the issue Joined according to the Law & Evidence after
hearing the Testimony Arguments of Counsel and Charge
of the Court retired to Consider of their verdict and afterwards
to Wit on the same day said Jury returned into Court
and rendered the following Verdict, We the Jury find for
the Defendant
