                  And now on this day came the plaintiff by
his attorney and moves the Court for a Judgment by default
for want of a plea, And the Clerk do assess the damages and
the Clerk having assessed the damages at Eighty two
     Dollars & Sixty Eight    Center It is ordered considered
& adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the defendants the said sum Eighty two --------------
Dollars & Sixty Eight     Cents for his damages together with
his Costs in This behalf expended Taxed at
      Dollars              Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
