Instruction in any wise relating to the organ-
izing and the Conducting of Schools the em
ployment of Teachers the payment for Repairs
rents &C and for other expenses incurred by
said Board in Conducting the Public Schools
be and the Same are hereby Confirmed as fully
and wholly as if they had been made by the
Board of County Commissioners

      That J.K. Stephens, Eli Futch and
H.C. Parker be appointed Appraisers to fix
the taxable value of the Lands of Wm J. Acker
as Trustee under section (2) Chapter (3112) laws
of Florida

Ordered
      That whereas the Grand Juries at the
Terms of the Circuit Court for the Fall Term
AD 1879 and the spring term AD 1880 have rec-
omended the issue of County Bonds to an
amount necessary to fund the outstanding in-
debtedness of the County
                       And
                          Whereas we the
Board of County Commissioners deem it ex-
pedient and necessary to issue bonds of
the County for the purpose of funding the
outstanding indebtedness of said County
the same being about Forty thousand Dollars
And
  Whereas the act of the Legislature of
the state of Florida approved March 2nd
AD 1877 entitled an act relating to County Bonds
requires that such Bonds shall not be issued
save by the vote of the People of the County
Be it therefore resolved, By this Board of
