County Commissioners that County Bonds
be issued to the amount of not morte than
Forty Thousand dollars said bonds to be
issued for the purpose of funding the
outstanding indebtedness of Alachua
County which said Bonds shall bear
interest at the rate of Eight per Cent per
annum which said interest is to be paid
semi annually to wit: on the First day of
January and July of each year res-
pectively
        Provided that such Bonds shall not
be sold for less than par-value and shall
have such form and denomination as shall
be deemed expedient by said County Commis-
sioners - Provided further
                         That the principal
of said Bonds shall be made payable and
redeemable on or before the First day of
January AD 189 1900 as follows to
wit one half or twenty thousand dollars
of said bonds shall be made payable and
redeemable on the First day of January AD
1886 and the other half or twenty thousand dollars
of said bonds
shall be payable and redeemable on the First
day of January AD 1891.  The first half or twenty
thousand Dollars to be redeemed in regular
numerical order Commencing at the Bond Num-
bered Number one and said redemption to
continue until the first half or Twenty thousand
of said Bonds shall be so redeemed that is to
say until a Sufficient number of said Bonds
commencing as Number one shall be redeemed to
amount of Twenty Thousand dollars of said Bonds
The Second or the other half to be redeemed in like
manner Commencing at the Number next and
following the last Number so redeemed in the
first half and to Continue in like manner
as with the first half until all of said
Bonds shall be redeemed and paid

made payable at the bank of H.F. Dutton
