J.D. Matheson be appointed Commissioners
to ascertain the true taxable value and to
assess the lands designated in the petition
of Samuel A. Swann

Regular Meeting at which was present

Wm H. Robertson

      That the Chairman of the Board of
County Commissioners be and he is hereby
authorized to make such agreement with
R.C. Dennis or his attorney in the matter
of the Judgment attained by said Dennis
in the U.S. Court as shall appear necessary
for the settlement of said Judgment such
agreement being subject to the satisfaction
of the Board of Co Commissioners

payment of Poll Tax for 1880 he being
over age
