That Duplicate warrants to the am-
ount of One Thousand and fifty Six dollars
be issued to John S. Diggs in lieu of warrants
No 35, 36, 37, 38 & 39 each for the sum of Two hundred
dollars and #40 for the sum of Fifty Six dollars
said warrants being issued on August 24th 1876
for feeding prisoners as sheriff of Duval County
said prisoners being confined in Duval Co Jail for
safe Keeping. It is also hereby further ordered that
all the said warrants No 35, 36, 37, 38 & 39 & 40 be
and the same are hereby declared null and not
receivable for taxes and the Collector of Revenue
and Treasurer of Alachua County are forbidden
to receive the same or any one or any part of the
same in the payment of any dues to the County of
Alachua and that the papers on which this
order is founded be filed in the Clerks office

be declared erronious and that the assessor Collector
of Revenue do assess the same at a fair valuation
