Collector of Revenue be required to assess the
same at a fair valuation

      That the assessment of Fortune
Sturks be reduced to $243.00
Ordered              1578
      That the warrant for the Collection of
the taxes assessed for the year AD 1880 issued to
the Collector of Revenue for this County by the
assessor of taxes having expired it is hereby
resolved and ordered that another warrant be
issued to the Collector and that the first day of
October AD 1881 be named in it as the day by
which the taxes shall be collected and paid
over and final settlement made with the
Comptroller and County Commissioners and
that the same be signed in open book by the
Members of the Board of County Commissioners
now present and be attested by the Clerk
