to adjournment.  Present Geo K. Broome, J.M. Perry
& J.E.W. Markey

      That the Petition of Henry Elliot for
Reduction of Taxes of 1876, 1877 & 1878 which
be not granted
Ordered                   1583
      That County Warrant No 724 for the sum of
$97.78 issued to J.H. Tomkies be cancelled and that
there be issued to Mrs Fannie Tomkies a warrant
for the sum of $82.01 which is the Balance due
J.H. Tomkies after the settlement of his account with
the County as County Treasurer                     $82.01

      That the assessment on the Lands of
T.G.P. Thompson be reduced to six hundred
dollars

      That the Collector of Revenue be required
to transfer the assessment of 58. acres sec 30 T8
R22 on page 37 now assessed to John Darby
to the Estate of John Darby and to assess
the same against said estate at a equitable

be cancelled as erronious and that the Collector of Revenue
assess the Taxes on one half of the land to W.K. Julia
Cessna at a fair valuation

New River be changed so as to cross Santa Fe River
near the Tillis Old place in stead of the present cross-
ing at Capt Doanes place
