Ordered 1707
That the Bond of Henry C. Denton
as Revenue Collector of Alachua County
for the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
be and the same is hereby approved
Ordered 1708
That Tax Certificate No 197 Tax sales
4th Mar 1874 be cancelled the taxes for
years 1877, 1878, 1879 & 1880 having been paid
Gainesville Fla November 1st 1881

be declared erronious and that they be allowed
to assess the same to the Collector of Revenue
at Six dollars per acre

relieved of assessment on personal property
and that the assessment on the land be re-
duced to Two dollars and fifty Cents per acre
