Regular Monthly Meeting present G.K. Broome
Prest J.E.W. Markey W.H. Robertson and
J.C. Thigpen & Joe M. Perry
Ordered               1854
      That the assessment of the Estate
of T.S.T. Knight be declared erronious and
cancelled
Resolved              1855
      That the warrant for the collection of the taxes
assessed for the year AD 1881, issued to the Collector of
Revenue for this County by the assessor of Taxes having
expired it is hereby resolved and ordered that another
warrant be issued to the Collector and that the 15th
day of April AD 1882 be named in it as the day by
which the taxes shall be collected and paid over
and final settlement made with the Comptroller and
County Commissioners and that the same be signed
in open Board by the members of the Board of
County Commissioners and that the same be signed
in now present and be attested by the Clerk

of Alachua: You are hereby commanded to Col-
lect from each of the persons and Corporations
named in the annexed roll, and of the owners of the
real estate described therein, the taxes set down in
each roll opposite their names and to the Several
parcels of land therein described; and in case any
person or Corporation upon whom any such tax
is imposed shall refuse or neglect to pay the same
youa re to collect the same by levy and sale of
the goods and chattels lands and tenements
