The Board of County Commissioners met at a Call meeting at which
was present George K. Broome J.M. Perry J.E.W. Markey and W.H. Robertson

Ordered that the assessment of G.K. Broome Agent be reduced to
$3000.00
Ordered              1902
  That the assessment of Mrs L.C. Burge be declared
erronious and that the Collector of Rev be required to make
an assessment of the same she being relieved of assessment on
lots 4 5 6 7 & 8 B10 Waldo valued at $1000.00

That the assessment of C.E. Dougherty be reduced to
$1400.00
Ordered              1904
That J.J. Barr be relieved of assessment on 1032 acres
of Land and that his assessment br reduced to $6500.00
and that Quash Watson be relieved as Assessment on 40 acres
in SW corner Lot (12)

That A.J. Vidal be paid 6.50 for Stationary Cir Court $6.50

That Willis M. Myers be appointed a benificiary to
East Florida Seminary

That J.A. Carlisle be paid $59.40 Dollars for Indexes out
of Internal improvement Fund

  That G.K. Broome & J.A. Carlisle be required to get estimates
for a clerks office by the next meeting dimensions 20 x 30 &
18 x 27 x 10 ft to be built of Brick, the Building to be fire proof
Roof of corrugated Iron to be plaster throughout
