      That the assessment on page 44
of John Darby be declared erronious
Ordered            1945
      That the assessment of F.W. Fontain
be declared erronious so far as the N1/2 of
Block 4 R5 as the same was assessed to
W.A. Dickinson
Ordered            1946
      That the assessment of Emanuel
Johnson be reduced one half

Ordered That A.J. Vidal be paid Six 20/100
Dollars for Mediciene stationary &C       $6.20

      That whereas J.A. Carlisle County Au-
ditor has petitioned a reduction of his Salary
that the same be reduced to $30.00 per month
from June 1st 1882

      That Isaac Roberts be paid Five dollars
for services as Bailiff to Grand Jury     $5.00
