pursuant to a Call by the President
Present G.K. Broome President J.E.W. Mar-
key W.H. Robertson and John C. Thigpen
Ordered           1959
      That Paul Brown be paid Nine dollars
for services as Servant                   $9.00
Ordered           1960
      That J.W. Turner be paid Five dollars
for Lamps & oil                           $5.00
Ordered           1961
      That J.W. Turner be paid One hundred
and Eighty Two 34/100 Dollars for Services as
sheriff                                 $182.34
Ordered           1962
      That Geo S. Chamberlin and W.H. Harmon 
and W.R. Mills be appointed Com-
missioners on Road from Arredondo to Mic-
anopy
Ordered           1963
      That whereas the Tax assessor having
reported to the Board that his Books were not
completed that the assessor be granted until
the First day of August next to complete the
books of assessment
Ordered           1964
      That G.K. Broome & J.C. Thigpen be
appointed to procure and have planted
45 sour orange trees in the Court House
yard

      That G.K. Broome be authorized to have
turn stiles or Gates to the Court House yard
