This Deed, Made this 15th day of September AD 1917, between
Cummer Lumber Company, a corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Michigan, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to John Hearst hereinafter called the Grantee:
Whereas, the J. Cummer & Son Lumber Company, a corpor
ation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan,
acquired from time to time certain lands in the State of
Florida, among which are the lands hereinafter described
and Whereas, on the 24th day of May AD 1897, the said J.
Cummer & Son Lumber Company, by due authority of law
and by an amendment to its Charter, duly authorized
by the Laws of the State of its organization, secured the
change of its name from that of the J. Cummer & Son
Lumber Company to that of the Cummer Lumber Company,
the said Cummer Lumber Company being identical
with and the same corporation formerly known as J. Cum
mer & Son Lumber Company: Now These Presents
