according to the laws of the State of Florida, duly qualified
and acting, Hereby Certify that A.G. Cummer and W.E.
Cummer, to me personally known, this day severally ac-
knowledged before me, that the said A.G. Cummer as
President signed the foregoing Deed, that the said W.E. Cummer,
as Secretary, attested the same and that the corporate seal
of the Cummer Lumber Company was attached hereto, and that
said Deed was thereby executed by said officers under au
thority of the Board of Directors as and for the act and deed of
the corporation for the purposes mentioned. And I Further
Certify that, I know the said persons making said acknowl
edgments to be the officers described in and who executed
the said Deed. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my
