	The Board orders that the Clerk of the Court have suit
able desks &c made for keeping the papers of his office 
and present the account for the same to this Board when done.
	The Board orders that William H. Brooks Commissioner 
and A.M. Caston President be paid two dollars each for 
their services on the 31st of January last out of any money 
in the Treasury not appropriated.
	The Board orders that the Court House shall not be 
used as a Dancing room when completed and turned over 
to the Sheriff.
	The Board orders that John B. Standly, Wyatt C. Allen,
William J. Turner, William H. Brooks Commissioners and 
A.M. Caston to be paid two dollars each for 
this days service and C.L. Wilson two dollars for his 
attendance on the Board.
	There being no further business before the Board it 
Stands adjourned.

Commissioners Court June 13th 1853. At a called Meeting present John B. Standly Wm H. Brooks Commissioners and A.M. Caston President, there being a quorum the Board proceeded to business. C.L. Wilson tax Collector and Assessor presented his books of assessment for examination the same being examined and found to be correct and kept according to law It is therefore ordered that this Board give him the necessary Certificate. It is by this Board ordered that the Treasurer pay John B. Standley Wm H. Brooks and A.M. Caston two dollars each for this days service and to C.L. Wilson for his attendance on the Board two dollars.
