	Ordered That the Judge of probate and the Board of 
County Commissioners attend at said sale and that the Comm'rs 
present are hereby notified to attend, and that the Judge 
of Probate notify Wyatt C. Allen of this Order.

	Ordered That the Judge of Probate be instructed 
to advertise immediately for proposals for the building 
of a Court House at said County Site.  Said Court House 
to be on the plan and of the same materials as the Court 
House in Ocala, Marion County, as nearly as possible 
said proposals to be received on the 10th day of October next 
On which the Comm'rs present are hereby notified to attend at 
this place.  And the Judge of Probate is to notify Wyatt C. 
Allen to attend on that day.

	Ordered That the advertisement be published in as 
many newspapers as the Judge of Probate may think nec
cessary. And also by the circulation of hand bills.

	Ordered That John B. Standly, James Hague and Mat
thew Chesher be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners 
to examine and ascertain the most suitable route for a road 
to lead from Newnansville to Gainesville, and that they 
report to the next meeting of the Board.

	Ordered That the Judge of Probate, Wm J. Turner 
and Wm H. Brooks be paid by the County Treasurer, the 
sum of four dollars each for their attendance on yesterday 
and to day, that the County Treasurer pay John B. Standley 
two dollars for his attendance today.  That Charles L. Wilson 
be paid two dollars for his attendance on the Board this 
day.
	Ordered That the Board Stand adjourned until the 10th
