DEPARTMENT:  CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT/FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
BEGINNING SALARY: $25.00 per hour - Full Time Position
QUALIFICATIONS:  Professional position doing general accounting work, reconciliations, investments, receivables, payables, grants, etc. Position requires independent detailed work in addition to compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Graduation from an accredited 4-year university or college with a major in Accounting required. QUALIFICATIONS:  Performs clerical duties including data entry, assisting customers in-person/via telephone, and attending court events. Must be detail oriented, can perform tasks in rapid succession, and dependable. Must have basic office skills and computer experience. High school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of business English and arithmetic are required. Customer service experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS:  Local government position working in finance department. Answers phones, performs mail run, verifies bank deposit, takes in VAB petitions, and provides backup to the cash receipts clerk. Governmental/public sector experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of business English and arithmetic, basic office skills, Microsoft and Excel experience. POSITION TITLE:  IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
DEPARTMENT:  Operations
BEGINNING SALARY: Starting $21.85 per hour - Closing Date 4/19/2024
QUALIFICATIONS:  Position responsible for providing technical support for help desk operations and various applications in-person, by telephone or email. Responsible for installing and maintaining equipment, as well as creating user accounts. Performs on-call duties and  subject to call-outs for network emergencies. Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required. Related Bachelor's degree preferred. Related work experience may be substituted for education requirement. Constantly required to lift/move 50+ pounds. Working knowledge of VPN preferred. CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
