POSITION TITLE:  IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
DEPARTMENT:  Operations
BEGINNING SALARY: Starting $21.85 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS:  Position responsible for providing technical support for help desk operations and various applications in-person, by telephone or email. Responsible for installing and maintaining equipment, as well as creating user accounts. Performs on-call duties and  subject to call-outs for network emergencies. Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required. Related Bachelor's degree preferred. Related work experience may be substituted for education requirement. Constantly required to lift/move 50+ pounds. Working knowledge of VPN preferred. CompTIA A+ certification preferred. Full time position includes insurance benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and enrollment in FRS Retirement Plan.
