Alachua County } At a regular time of the circuit
Court for the Eastern Circuit of Florida this day to wit
on the tenth day of May Anno Domini 1858, begun and
held at Gainesville for the County of Alachua aforesaid
Circuit of Florida who held the said Court by an order of an ***** from the Governor of Florida with the judge of the Eastern Circuit
Present his Honor Thomas F. King Judge of the Southern^ James B.
Dawkins Esqr Solicitors. Samuel W. Burnett Sheriff. and John R.
Bevill Clerk.
The venire heretofore issued being re-
turned and the Jurors Summoned to attend at this
term being called the following Twenty Jurors
answered to their names

The following Persons good
and lawful men were then drawn according to law -
to serve as Grand Jurors for the present Term of the
Court viz:

The Grand Jury having retired Selected as
their Foreman George W. Boston, who was appo-
inted by the Court as such Foreman and duly Sworn,
The Grand Jurors were then sworn; and the Court
delivered its Charge. Robert H. Beville was then duly
sworn to attend the Grand Jury during the present
term of the Courts. Whereupon the Grand Jury retired
attended by Their Bailiff to their Room.
The following jurors were excused for the Term and for
the reasons hereinafter Stated.
The Courts then took recess until
