& N.A. Jamison                     }
                              And now on this day came the parties by 
their Respective Attornies, and the Defendants saying nothing in bar or 
preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover, On Motion of Plaintiffs 
Attorney, It is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement by 
default and that the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages at 
Dollars         Cents It is ordered, Considered and adjudged 
by the Court that the Court do have and recover of and from the De-
fendants the said Sum of                        Dollars
        Cents For his damages together with his Costs taxed 
at             Dollars             Cents And the 
Defendants in Mercy &c.

Judgement by Default and that the Clerk assess the Damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Seventy
Eight  Dollars one          Cents It is ordered
Considered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do 
have and recover of and from the Defendant the said Sum of 
Seventy Eight   Dollars One          Cents For his damages 
together with his Costs taxed at  Five    Dollars 
Eighty Eight   Cents and the Defendant in Mercy &c.
