                                And now on this day Came 
the parties by their respective attornies, and the defendant 
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right 
to recover, on Motion of plaintiffs attorney, it is ordered 
that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defend
=ant by default and that the Clerk do assess the damages, 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at 
   Eighty two --------    -------------    Dollars &   
   forty Six      Cents it is ordered Considered and 
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
             recover of and from the defendant the said Sum of 
C Rain           }                          Dollars &   
   -- vs    Cents for hi}s damages together with his Cost  and
Mary Stafford admx &}                           Cents and the
John B. Standly  } defendant in Mercy &c
