                        And now on this day Came the
parties by their respective attornies, and the defendant 
Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs 
right to recover, on Motion of Plaintiffs attorney 
it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Jud
=gement against the defendant by default and 
that the Clerk assess the damages Whereupon the 
Clerk having assessed the damages at 
Seventy                         Dollars &  Seventy nine
     Cents it is ordered Considered and adjud
=ged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and 
recover of and from the defendant the Said Sum 
of   Seventy                           Dollars    
&             Seventy nine    Cents for his damages 
together with his Cost in this behalf Expended taxed at  
   Eight    Dollars & Sixty nine   Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
