assessed the Damages at Three hundred & Thirty five Dollars
Seventeen Cents It is ordered Considered, and adjudged
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and
from the Defendant the said Sum of Three hundred & thirty five
Dollars Seventeen cents For his damages together
with his Costs in this behalf Expended taxed at Six
Dollars ten -------- Cents and the Defendant
in Mercy &c.

And now on this day came the
parties by their respective attorney and also came a

who being duly Elected tried and Sworn well and truly
to try the issue Joined between the parties after hearing
the testimony of witness the argument of counsel and the
charge of the Court retired to consider of their verdict
and thereafter to wit on the same day returned into
Court and rendered the following Viz We the Jury find
for the Plaintiff and assess the damages at $5510.75
Cents Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the said plaintiff do have and recov
=er of and from the said defendant the said sum of
Five thousand five hundred & ten dollars Seventy five Cts
for his damages together with his costs in this behalf
