And now on this day Came the parties by their respective attornies
and the defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
plaintiffs right to recover On Motion of plaintiffs attorney, it is
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess
the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the dam
=ages at One hundred & two                     Dollars &
   Sixty Eight       Cents it is ordered Considered & adju
=dged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of &
from the defendant the said Sum of
               Dollars &                       Cents
for his damages together with his Cost in this behalf Expend
ed taxed at                                    Dollars &
               Cents and the defendant in Mercy &c
