                                  And now on this day came 
the plaintiff by his attorney and the defendant Saying 
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to 
recover on motion of plaintiffs attorney it is ordered 
that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk 
do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having 
assessed the damages at Two hundred Seventy three dollars
Eighteen --   Cents It is ordered, Considered and adju
-dged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover 
of and from the defendant the said sum of Two hundred
& Seventy three    dollars Eighteen   Cents for his damages 
together with his Costs in this behalf laid out and
Expended taxed at  Four Six ------ dollars 
Fifteen     Cents and the defendant in Mercy &cc

by their respective attornies, and the defendant Saying 
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff right to reco
-ver on motion of the plaintiffs attorney, it is ordered considered
that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the
defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the 
damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the 
damages at Eighty four   dollars           Cents 
It is ordered considered and adjudged by the 
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and 
from the defendant the said Sum of Eighty four
   dollars &          Cents for his damages together with 
his Costs in this behalf expended taxed at  Six
      dollars & -------   Cents and the defendant in 
Mercy &c
