The Grand Jurors having returned solicited as their Fore-
man James M. Sparkman who was appointed as such by
the Court and duly Sworn The Grand Jurors were then
Sworn, and the Court thereupon delivered its Charge
Lewis Orbits was then duly sworn to attend the Grand
Jurors the present Term of the Court Whereupon the grand
Jury retired attended by their Bailiff to their room
