  And now on this day Came the parties by their 
respective Attornies and the defendant saying 
nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right 
to recover. On motion of plaintiffs Attorney it is 
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement aga-
=inst the defendant by default and that the Clerk 
do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having 
assessed the damages at One hundred & fourteen dollars
and fifty --- cents It is ordered considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and 
recover of and from the defendant the said Sum 
of            dollars                 cents 
together with his Costs in this behalf Expended 
Taxed at three dollars Ninety five     Cents 
and the defendant in mercy &c

=tiff do have his Judgement against the defendant 
by default and that the Clerk do assess the damages 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages 
at   One hundred & fourteen dollars fifty ---- cents
It is Ordered Considered & adjudged by the Court 
that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from 
the defendant the said Sum of  
        dollars             cents together with his costs
in this behalf expended Taxed at Three dollars 
Ninety five  Cents and the defendant 
in mercy &c
