this day came the parties by their respective attornies
and the defendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion
of the plaintiffs right to recover on Motion of plaintiffs
attorney, it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his
Judgment against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages One hundred Seventy
Eight    dollars  Thirty five ---------- Cents. It is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have his and recover of and
from the defendant the said sum of
