Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at One hundred & Seventy Seven dollars & fifty Cents It is
ordered Considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defend
ant the Said Sum of One hundred & Seventy Seven dollars &
fifty Cents for his damages together with his Cost in
this behalf Expended taxed at Seven dollars
