             Monday May 9th 1859
the defendant by and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at Seventy five
   Dollars & Twenty two cents It is Ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of 
and from the defendant the said Sum of                   
 Dollars &        cents For his damages together with his Cost in 
this behalf expended taxed at  Three        dollars &    cents 
and the defendant in Mercy &c

                   And now on this day came the 
parties by their respective Attornies and the defendant say-
ing nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to 
recover On motion of Plaintiffs Attorney it is Ordered 
that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the de-
fendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the da-
-mages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
          dollars &                cents It is or-
-dered, considered & adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff 
do have & recover of and from the defendant the said 
Sum of                         dollars &             cents 
For his damages together with his Cost in this behalf ex-
-pended taxed at             dollars &           cents 
and the defendant in Mercy &c

assessed the damages at One hundred & Sixty one  Dollars &
             cents It is ordered considered & adjudged 
by the Court that the plaintiff do have & recover of and 
from the defendant the said Sum of
    dollars &        cents for his damages together with 
his cost in this behalf expended taxed at             dollars & 
Ninety five cents and the 
                     Defendant in Mercy &c
