the damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at One hundred & forty nine       Dollars & Thirty
  cents It is ordered, considered & adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the defen-
-dant the said Sum of                      dollars and
     cents for his damages together with his costs
in this behalf expended taxed at Three    Dollars &
Ninety five  cents and the
                         Defendant in mercy &c

parties by their respective Attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiff
right to recover On motion of Plaintiffs Attorney it
is Ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement
against the Defendant by default and that the Clerk
do assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk ha-
-ving assessed the damages at Three hundred & twenty Eight
  Dollars & Eighty   cents it is Con ordered con-
-sidered & adjudged by the Court that the plaint-
-tiff do have and recover of and from the defendant the
said sum of                     dollars &
