                 And now on this day came the par-
ties by their respective Attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
right to recover.  On motion of plaintiffs Attorney it
is ordered that the plaintiff do have Judgement against
the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the
damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at Sixty four            dollars & Ninety three
    cents.  It is ordered, considered & adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from
the Defendant the said sum of
    Dollars &          cents for his damages toge-
-ther with this costs in this behalf expended taxed at
  Three dollars & Ninety five cents and the
        Defendant in Mercy &c --
