have his Judgment against the defendant by default 
& that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk 
having assessed the damages at Seventy Seven
             Dollars &         cents It is ordered 
considered & adjudged that the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the de-
fendant the said sum of
             Dollars &             cents for his damages
together with his costs in this behalf Expended taxed at 
  Three   dollars &  Ninety five         cents and the
    Defendant in Mercy &c

                    And now on this day came the par-
-ties by their respective Attornies and the defendant say-
ing nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to 
recover On Motion of plaintiff Attorney it is ordered 
that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the 
defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the damages 
Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at 
  Three hundred & Seven      Dollars &         cents 
It is Ordered considered & adjudged by the Court 
that the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the 
defendant the said Sum of
 dollars &             cents together with the costs
in this behalf expended taxed at Three
   dollars &  Ninety five  cents and the
         Defendant in Mercy &c
