Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages
at One hundred thirty five Dollars & cents
It is ordered Considered, & adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiff do have & recover of and from the defendant
the said Sum of Dollars &
cents for his costs together with their costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Three Dollars &
Twenty four cents and the defendant in
Mercy &c

And now on this day came
the parties by their respective Attornies and the de-
fendant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
plaintiff right to recover, On motion of plaintiffs
attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his
Judgement against the defendant by default the Clerk
that the Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at One
hundred & fifty three Dollars & Seventy Eight cents It is or-
-dered, considered, & adjudged by the Court that the
plaintiff do have & recover of and from the defendant
the said sum of dollars & cents
for his damages together with his costs in this be-
half expended taxed at Three Dollars & Ninety five
cents and the defendant in
Mercy &c
