ties by their respective Attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plain-
tiffs right to recover On Motion of plaintiffs
Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have

and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at
