Sixty two Dollars & Thirty Seven cents for his damages toget-
-her with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Seven dollars & Forty ----- cents and the
defendant in mercy &c

ties by their respective Attornies and the defendant 
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plain-
tiffs right to recover On Motion of plaintiffs 
Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have 
his Judgment against the defendant by default 
and that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon 
the Clerk having assessed the damages at

tiff do have & recover of & from the defendant the
