And now on this day came the
parties by their respective Attornies and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
right to recover On Motion of plaintiff Attorney it
is ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgment ag-
-ainst the defendant by default and that the Clerk do
assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having
assessed the damages at Two hundred & twenty two
dollars & forty Cents It is ordered consid
-ered & adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do
have & recover of and from the defendant the said
sum of Dollars &
cents for his damages with together with his costs in
this behalf expended taxed at Five
Dollars & cents and the
Defendant in mercy &c
