The petition of Joseph
M. Arnow respectfully showeth that is a Citizen of Florida
and has attained the age of twenty one years your petiti
-oner desiring leave to plead & practice Law in the several
courts of this State prays the Honorable Court to appoint a
committee to examine him as to his Knowledge and fitness
in the business and pass such order as to your Honor semith
Just and your Petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray &c

We hereby certify that the Joseph M. Arnow is a citizen of Fla.
& has attained the age of twenty one years and is of good moral
character therefore we recommend this petition to the con-
-sideration of this Honorable Court.

-citor in Chancery and recommend his being admitted
to practice Law & Licensed by the Court
