And now on this day came
the parties by their respective Attornies and the defen
dant saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the
plaintiffs right to recover On Motion of plaintiff
Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have his
Judgement against the defendant by default and
that the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the
Clerk having assessed the damages at Ninety
dollars & Two cents It is
ordered that the Plaintiff do have & recover of &
from the defendant the said Sum of
Four dollars & Seventy four cents for his dam-
