                Friday May 13th 1859
-sidered & adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and
recover of and from the defendants the said sum of
Eighty Eight Dollars & Twenty Nine cents for his damages
together with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at
   Four dollars & fifty cents and the
          Defendants in Mercy &c

                        And now on this day came the parties
by their respective Attornies,

                    And now on this day came the parties by their 
respective Attornies and the defendant saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover On motion 
of plaintiffs Attorney it is Ordered that the plaintiff do have 
his Judgment against the defendant by default and the Clerk 
to assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the 
damages at Fifty nine            Dollars & Thirty Seven
                 considered & adjudged by the Court 
     cents It is Ordered^that the plaintiff do have & recover of
and From the defendant the said Sum of
     Three dollars & Ninety five cents for his damages together with
the costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Dollars & cents and the defendants in Mercy &c

the Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having
