Dollars &             cents for his damages together with his
costs in this behalf expended taxed at               Dollars &
       cents and the defendant in mercy &c
   Adjourned untill tomorrow morning 9 Oclock

                             And on this day came the parties by
their respective Attornies and the defendant saying nothing in
bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover On motion
of plaintiffs Atty it is ordered that the pltff do have his
Judgment against the defendant by Default and the Clerk
assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at                   Dollars &                  cents
It is ordered considered & adjudged that the plaintiff do
have & recover of & from the defendant the said Sum
of             Dollars &            cents for his dam
-ages together with his costs in this behalf expended taxed
at             collars &             cents and the
     Defendant in Mercy &c

-cover On motion of Plaintiffs Atty it is ordered that the

Default and that the Clerk do access the damages Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at

plaintiff do have and recover of and from the defendant
