that the plaintiff do have his Judgment against the 
defendant by default and that the Plaintiff Clerk do 
assess the damages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed 
the damages at  Twenty two                 dollars &
  Twenty five     cents It is Ordered considered & adju-
-dged by the Court that the plaintiff do have & recover 
of and from the defendant the said sum of              
 Twenty two      Dollars & Twenty five          cents 
for his damages together with his costs in this behalf 
expended taxed at   Four     dollars & Sixty five  cents 
and the defendant in mercy &c

                  And now on this day came the 
parties by their respective Attys and the defendant
saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs
Atty it is Ordered considered & adjudged by the Court

-ages Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at 
                  Dollars &                 cents 
It is Ordered considered & adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiff do have and recover of and from 
the Defendant the said sum of
